OK.... It is so past time for me to pay it forward.
If you happen to live anywhere near the Ann Arbor, MI area you might not be aware of a tightly lipped secret! A local caterer to the STARS!!!

When I was in need of a job back in the 90's Chef Connie McIntire took me on!
She really had no idea what she was in for with me... haha, I only lasted like 6 months, I think because she liked me. But I learned so much while I was on her staff.
I learned about quality, prep, wine,presentation, but most importantly I learned the art of food from a master!

She has so many fun stories about all the rock stars she catered for over the years- and their weird requests...
Oh.. look out when she is under stress in the kitchen, Chef Gordon Ramsay has nothing on her! hehe I would buy tickets to see them in a kitchen together!



I so miss her friendship, and her FOOD! But I am just grateful to have some delicious memories!

Connie McIntire has cooked for the Rolling Stones, Annie Lenox, Pink Floyd and Bob Seger. As the executive chef of catering company Fabulous food and the proud co-owner of the Commons Café, she can equally please the demanding wedding crowd and food-savvy Ann Arborites.
I highly recommend Chef Connie!

Her staff is professional and prices reasonable for moderate to high-end catering! Her staff will as well help with event planning. They will prepare menus and estimates for your review and take you every step of the way to a flawless event!
